When it comes to 7^th aspect of planets, they copy around 33% of their power to the house they aspect. However, when it comes to the special aspects of planets, the rules have been explained below.

• Jupiter’s 5^th aspect, Mars’ 4^th aspect, and Saturn’s 3^rd aspects are the strongest
• Jupiter’s 7^th aspect, Mars’ 7^th aspect, and Saturn’s 7^th aspects are moderately strong
• Jupiter’s 9^th aspect, Mars’ 8^th aspect, and Saturn’s 10^th aspects are the least powerful
• Rahu and Ketu’s 5^th aspects are the strongest, 7^th aspect being moderate, and 9^th aspect being the weakest

Simply put, the closer the aspect is to the placement of the planet, the stronger it is.
